 # End User License Agreement (EULA)

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Faran Shah ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") for the Life Plan mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using Life Plan, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

## 2. License Grant

### 2.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Use Life Plan on personal mobile devices that you own or control

- Access and use the features and functionality of the App

- Store and manage your personal data through the App

### 2.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works

- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App

- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

- Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws

- Exploit the App in any unauthorized manner

### 2.3 Trial and Evaluation

If you are using a free or trial version of the App, certain features may be limited or unavailable.

## 3. Intellectual Property Rights

### 3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Life Plan, including but not limited to:

- Source code, object code, and compiled software

- Text, graphics, logos, images, and audio-visual content

- User interface design and user experience

- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

- Patents, copyrights, and trade secrets

are and shall remain the exclusive property of Faran Shah.

### 3.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or input into the App (goals, plans, personal data). However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

## 4. Use of the App

### 4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Life Plan for:

- Personal goal planning and life management

- Tracking personal progress and achievements

- Accessing wellness content and features

- Collaborating with others (where features are available)

### 4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

- Store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

- Use automated tools to access the App excessively

### 4.3 Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

- All activities that occur under your account

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

- Providing accurate and current information

## 5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

## 6. Advertising and Monetization

### 6.1 Advertising

Life Plan is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Advertisements may be displayed within the App

- Ad content is provided by third-party advertising networks

- We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party advertisements

- Your interaction with ads may be tracked for optimization purposes

### 6.2 Ad Personalization

You may limit ad personalization through your device settings or by opting out where available.

## 7. Disclaimers and Warranties

### 7.1 "As Is" Basis

Life Plan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Warranty of merchantability

- Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

- Warranty of non-infringement

- Warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

### 7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using Life Plan will achieve specific life goals, outcomes, or results. The App is a tool for planning and tracking, not a guarantee of success.

### 7.3 Third-Party Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

### 8.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

### 8.2 Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits, data, or use

- Personal injury or property damage

- Emotional distress or reputational harm

- Business interruption or loss of opportunity

### 8.3 No Liability for Third Parties

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties, including other users or advertising partners.

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faran Shah and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from:

- Your use of the App

- Your violation of this EULA

- Your violation of any rights of another

- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

## 10. Term and Termination

### 10.1 Term

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us.

### 10.2 Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by:

- Uninstalling the App from your devices

- Deleting your account through the App settings

- Ceasing all use of the App

### 10.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate this EULA immediately if you:

- Materially breach any term of this EULA

- Violate applicable laws or regulations

- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

### 10.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

- Your license to use the App ends immediately

- We may delete your account and data (subject to legal requirements)

- Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

## 11. Updates and Modifications

### 11.1 App Updates

We may release updates, modifications, or enhancements to Life Plan from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the App.

### 11.2 EULA Changes

We may modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

## 12. Technical Support

We may provide technical support for Life Plan at our discretion. Support availability and response times are not guaranteed.

## 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

### 13.1 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

### 13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

## 14. General Provisions

### 14.1 Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Life Plan.

### 14.2 Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

### 14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA does not waive our right to enforce such provision in the future.

### 14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this EULA without our prior written consent. We may assign this EULA without restriction.

### 14.5 Notices

All notices under this EULA will be provided through the App or via email to the address associated with your account.

## 16. Specific Jurisdictional Provisions

### 16.3 Other Jurisdictions

We comply with applicable local laws in all jurisdictions where the App is available.
